We are located at 243 S. Main St., Unit 132 in the Arnold Gregory Complex in Albion, NY. Our expertise is in helping people comprehend and sign up for Medicare health insurance and health insurance through the Marketplace. We are committed to providing excellent service to people in our community and beyond. We interact with our clients in a professional manner always demonstrating kindness and respect. We aim to give our clients peace of mind by meeting their insurance needs.
Alicia Sargent - Broker/Owner
Hello! I am Alicia Sargent, the founder of Medicare Advocacy Center. My mission is to help people navigate the complex world of health insurance, such as Medicare and Marketplace health insurance, also known as Affordable Care Act (ACA) for people under 65.
I have a long history of working in government social programs, with more than 25 years of experience. I started as a Social Welfare Examiner at the Orleans County Dept. of Social Services in Albion, NY, and then moved to the Social Security Administration in Greece, NY, as a Social Insurance Specialist. I have extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security Retirement, Social Security Disability Insurance, and SSI laws and applications.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from SUNY College at Brockport. I am currently licensed as a health insurance Agent and Broker in 12 states, including NY and am a Registered Agent with New York State of Health (NY State's Marketplace). I am bilingual in English and Spanish and can assist you in either language.

judy vazqueZ - program assistant
Greetings, I am Judy Vazquez and I serve as a Program Assistant at Medicare Advocacy Center. I have extensive expertise in facilitating people's access to various social programs, as I dedicated 35 years of my career to the Orleans County Dept. of Social Services in Albion, NY. There, I began as a Social Welfare Examiner and then advanced to the position of Intake Unit Office Supervisor.
I retired from Orleans County DSS in 2015, but I still have a strong interest in helping people obtain the health insurance information and assistance they require. That's why I became a part of Medicare Advocacy Center, where I can support you over the phone or in our office.
